第四届MEGA国际创意媒体盛典将于5月10日在苏州盛大开幕。MEGA国际创意媒体盛典的成功举办离不开幕后的专业、经验丰富的评委团队。MEGA的评委团队由影视行业的顶尖专家和资深前辈组成，涵盖了制片人、导演等业界资深人士和教育界权威。以下是第四届MEGA国际创意媒体盛典评委团的详细介绍。

The 4th MEGA International Creative Media Festival will be held in Suzhou on May 10th. The successful hosting of the MEGA International Creative Media Festival relies on the professional and experienced judging panel behind the scenes. 王水泊 旅法国际导演，作品入围奥斯卡

Shuibo Wang

王水泊就读于中央美术学院连环画专业，师承被誉为一代宗师的贺友直先生，1985年以优异成绩毕业后留校任教。1989年赴加拿大康考迪亚大学美术学院就读研究生，不久成为享誉国际的动画导演弗雷德里克·巴克（Frederic Back）的助手，在加拿大国家电视台CBC协助大师完成了最后一部里程碑式的动画短片《大水河》（The Mighty River），该片获得了1994年奥斯卡奖提名以及许多重要的国际奖。之后王水泊进入了加拿大国家电影局National Film Board of Canada，加拿大国家电影局荟萃了来自许多国家的著名动画和电影艺术家，王水泊幸运地成为了第一个来自中国的华人导演，从此开启了他的电影之旅。

2006年王水泊获得了著名的美国古根汉基金会学者奖JOHN SIMON GUGGENHEIM MEMORIAL FOUNDATION FELLOWSHIP。

同年他受邀回归母校，担任高层次人才引进的外籍专家教授，在中央美术学院创建了电影与影像艺术系并担任系主任和研究生导师。

王水泊的电影创作涉及了动画、纪录片和剧情片，其作品获得了许多国际电影节的重要奖项，包括奥斯卡金像奖提名。目前他生活在法国巴黎，并在筹备关于上海犹太人题材的电影。

Shuibo Wang studied in the Comic Art Department of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, under the guidance of Mr. He Youzhi, who was acclaimed as a master. After graduating with excellent results in 1985, he stayed at the academy to teach. In 1989, he went to Concordia University's School of Fine Arts in Canada for postgraduate studies. Soon after, he became an assistant to the internationally renowned animation director Frederic Back, assisting the master in completing the milestone animated short film "The Mighty River" at the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC). The film was nominated for an Oscar in 1994 and won many other prestigious international awards. Subsequently, Shuibo Wang joined the National Film Board of Canada, which gathered famous animation and film artists from many countries. He became the first Chinese-born director in Canada, marking the beginning of his journey in filmmaking.

In 2006, Shuibo Wang received the prestigious John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation Fellowship.

That same year, he was invited back to his alma mater to serve as a foreign expert professor for the introduction of high-level talents. He established the Film and Video Art Department at the Central Academy of Fine Arts and served as the department head and supervisor for graduate students.

Shuibo Wang's film creations encompass animation, documentaries, and feature films, earning him numerous important awards at international film festivals, including Oscar nominations. He currently resides in Paris, France, and is preparing a film on the topic of the Jewish community in Shanghai.

何昌成 亚太设计师联盟主席

Changcheng He

IAI国际设计节总策划，文化部“首届中国设计大展”学术委员会学术委员，鸟巢文化中心艺术联盟联合发起人，意大利拉菲尔大学艺术与设计学院客座教授，奥地利萨尔斯堡国际夏日美术学院访问学者、IAI设计奖年鉴主编。

自2006年迄今，他先后策划并组织举办了十六届被誉为“设计奥斯卡”和“设计奥林匹克”的IAI设计奖竞赛；策划了上百场中外设计论坛、研讨会、展览等形式多样的学术活动；同时在全球范围内积极中外设计交流与合作，先后组织了国际设计游学与学术考察与交流之旅；其编著的多部《IAI设计奖年鉴》在国家级出版机构公开出版发行，并先后荣获中国大学出版社图书奖优秀学术著作奖、印刷界奥斯卡奖“中华印制大奖”最高奖金奖；2023年被授予联合国中文日“传承创新文化榜样和联合国邮票上的文化大使。

He is the overall planner of the IAI International Design Festival, an academic committee member of the Ministry of Culture's "First China Design Expo," co-founder of the Bird's Nest Cultural Center Art Alliance, visiting professor at the University of Raphael's School of Art and Design in Italy, visiting scholar at the Salzburg International Summer Academy of Fine Arts in Austria, and editor-in-chief of the IAI Design Award Yearbook.

Since 2006, he has successively planned and organized sixteen sessions of the IAI Design Award competition, renowned as the "Design Oscars" and "Design Olympics"; he has orchestrated hundreds of academic activities such as forums, seminars, and exhibitions in various forms at home and abroad; concurrently, he has actively facilitated exchanges and collaborations in design between China and foreign countries on a global scale, having organized international design study tours, academic investigations, and exchanges. Several volumes of his edited work, including the "IAI Design Award Yearbook," have been publicly published and distributed by national-level publishing institutions, and have subsequently won the Outstanding Academic Work Award of the China University Press Book Award and the highest prize of the printing industry's Oscars, the "China Printing Grand Award." In 2023, he was bestowed the title of "Exemplar of Inheritance and Innovation Culture" on UN Chinese Language Day and named a Cultural Ambassador on United Nations stamps.

刘嘉琪 前亚太影展评委

Jiaqi Liu

制片人，导演，第59届亚太影展评委。毕业于美国纽约电影学院，担任制片人和导演。她曾在第59届亚太电影节上担任评委，是美国独立制片人联盟的成员，也是欧洲和美国电影节的选片人。

她赴美留学7年。在美期间她拍摄多部影视作品，尤其一部关于中国武术的纪录片《功夫之路》与李连杰，吴京的恩师吴彬先生一起合作 。因为那次纪录片拍摄，他们走访了一个孤儿院，孤儿院的工作人员向他们介绍每年会有很多孤儿被海外家庭收养，并在海外成长学习等等。因此，她返美后开始筹备影片拍摄《爱无国界》。

导演作品《爱无国界》获洛杉矶电影奖获最佳国际电影、最佳原创配乐，洛杉矶好莱坞电影节获最佳叙事片等。此外，她还是电影《天天天黑》的制片人，《极北之夜》的艺术总监、北美区制片人，《她的世界》制片人。参与拍摄电影《爱之初》、《The Novel& the Noble》、《Morning Glory》等。

Producer/director, jury member of the 59th Asia Pacific Film Festival. Jiaqi Liu graduated from the New York Film Academy, as a producer and director. She was a jury member at the 59th Asia Pacific Film Festival, a member of the Alliance of Independent Producers of America, and a selector for European and American film festivals.

She studied in the US for 7 years. During her stay in the US, she filmed many movies and TV shows, especially a documentary about Chinese martial arts, "The Way of Kung Fu" with Mr. Wu Bin, the mentor of Jet Li and Wu Jing. For that documentary, they visited an orphanage where the orphanage staff told them that many orphans are adopted by overseas families every year and grow up and study overseas. Therefore, she returned to the U.S. and started preparing for the film "Love is Color Bind".

Direct work "Love is Color Bind" has won the Best International Film, Best Original Score at the Los Angeles Film Awards, Best Narrative Feature at the Hollywood Film Festival in Los Angeles, etc. In addition, she is the producer of the film "Never Say Goodbye", the art director and North American producer of "Arctic Night", the producer of "Her World". She participated in the films "The Beginning of Love", "The Novel& the Noble", "Morning Glory", etc.
