西浦艺术中心围绕“艺术无界”这一国际化理念，以多种多样的艺术形式为媒介和桥梁， 以多姿多彩的艺术社团和艺术实践活动为载体，引导学生乘着艺术的翅膀，融贯中西、畅游古今，不断推动多元艺术文化的并存与融合并进行多视角的艺术文化的整合与探究，营造美好和谐的国际化西浦社区，赋予学生们敏于发现美的一双眼睛、善于鉴赏美的一颗心灵以及巧于创造美的的一双手，培养和提升学生发现美、体验美、鉴赏美、创造美、传播美的能力。
